What, No Commercials Or Signs?

And they call this an election...
Where are all the stupid ads? We need some debates and some crazy relatives to make outlandish statements that need to somehow be explained. Where are the yards filled with campaign signs and protestors? No grandstanding? No arguments about campaign funding? No Photo Ops? No baby kissing (then again, might be good to avoid that stuff for this one)
How can they call this an election? Where are the smear ads? No one has even mentioned Vietnam or Freedom once? I tell you what, I think this just makes a mockery of the way elections are held now. Theses Cardinals are holing themselves up until they can decide on who the next pope is, and I havent even seen one bumpersticker or t-shirt or button for any of them.
What a sad stait of affairs, when an election of this granduer can be held without any granduer. I'm not religious, you all know that, but this thig will be coverted by everyone and yet we havent had one past scandals not questions of inhaling, no military records in question...

The whole thing just seems kinda boring without all that nonsense, doesnt it?
